"Think of the fierce energy concentrated in an acorn!" wrote George Bernard Shaw (as cited in International, 2001).

Indeed, a little acorn holds a lot of potential. From acorn to oak, from oak to forest, the potential is for continual growth and the strength to change the surrounding world.

On these web pages, I show how my experience as a student of information design at Southern Polytechnic State University is all about nurturing the potential of an acorn. I entered the program with my own raw abilities. My studies have taught me how to direct those abilities to meet precise targets.

The products of that effort are like acorns, too. They are single instances of the kind of intelligent communication that is at the heart of all successful ventures, whatever the industry. The variety of work you will find here shows how the discipline of information design takes idea to finished product, acorn... to oak.

Welcome!
