I
chose Usability Tester because it seems like something I would be good at. I
can look over sites and evaluate whether or not the interface with the user is adequate
or not: Do the graphics work well? Are the colors catchy? I also get extremely
angry when links do not work correctly or send you to the wrong page, so I
think that my aggression towards mistakes would help me be good at telling
people what they have done wrong. I realize this may sound mean, but I’m
just giving an honest answer.
As
long as I was given a general set of guidelines that the client wanted met for
the site, I believe I would do a very good job of testing and evaluating the
usability of web sites. I am not, however, good at creating web sites, as you
can probably tell.
